WILLIE E. MANN Nettleton- Willie E. "Buddy" Mann, 87, died Friday, March 6, 2015, at Tupelo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after an extended illness. He was born February 6, 1928, to Samuel Alanzo and Dovie Mae Malone Mann. Buddy was a retired Veteran of the United States Army having served 21 years, and later retired from Aircap Industries after 20 years of service. He was a member of Limestone Baptist Church. Services will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2015, at Limestone Baptist Church with Rev. Don Sparks and Rev. Chris McCord officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include two daughters, Janet Stacy (Larry) of Nettleton and Carolyn Kimble (James) of Nettleton; two brothers, Roy Mann (Gladys) of Tupelo and Tommy Mann (Patricia) of Saltillo; eight grandchildren, Erica Terry, Brett Hester, Jessica Kimble, Terra Kimble, Jay Kimble, Melissa Gilmore (Brad), Jennifer Miles (Patrick) and Bryson Stacy; eight great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Frankie Jean Mann of Nettleton; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, June Mann on October 16, 2014; one son, Willie E. Mann, Jr.; one sister, Verna Mae Webb; and one brother, J. C. Mann. Pallbearers will be Mike Mann, Stanley Mann, Lynn Mann, Jerry Holt, Aaron Holt, Brett Hester, Bryson Stacy, and Connor Gilmore. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2015 at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo and 2:30 p.m. until service time Sunday at the church.
