New Albany - Willard T. Sandberg, 80, died Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Community Hospice at Darlington Oaks after an extended illness. A Chicago native, he was born September 1, 1930, to Willard E. and Margaret B Trevor Sandberg. For the past thirty years he owned and operated W. T. Enterprise Trucking Company of New Albany. He was a very caring Uncle to his nieces and nephews.
No local service. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Illinois. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two sisters, Nannette T. Sandberg, Mary Ellen Tente(Authur) of Addison Ill., one brother, John E. Sandberg ( Ann) of North Carolina).
He was preceded in death by his parents and four sibilings.
