Wilford T. Dickey
Saltillo--Wilford T. Dickey, 75, died Tuesday February 27, 2007, at his home in Saltillo after an extended illness. He was born February 14, 1932, in Corinth and graduated from Corinth High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a small business owner in Batesville, Arkansas where he was also a member of the White Drive Baptist Church until he retired in 2005 and moved to Saltillo to be near family.
A private service for the family will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lois Clark Dickey, formerly of Corinth; three daughters, Alice Smith (Rex) of Saltillo, Susan Callahan (Buddy) of Collierville, Tennessee, and Patricia Nelson (Bill) of Newton; a son, Joey Dickey (Amy) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
