REV. WESLEY KINGSLEY Mooreville - Rev. William Wesley Kingsley, 65, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Saturday morning, August 9, 2014, at his home after an extended illness. He was born June 18, 1949, to Marlin and Loraine Payne Kingsley. As a teenager he worked a couple of years for Tindall Auto Parts. He worked a few years at McGrath-Raspberry Funeral Home and worked a number of years with J. C. Penny. Wesley also sold insurance for Woodman of the World, and owned a furniture store in Saltillo. In recent years, he owned and operated Kingsley Nursery and Floral. He loved his family and was an avid fisherman. He was a musician and singer of gospel music. Bro. Wesley was longtime Pastor of the Family Worship Center in Mantachie. He was a great man of God who touched many lives. Services honoring Bro. Wesley's life, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at the Family Worship Center in Mantachie, with Rev. James Harris and Rev. Willis Miller officiating. Burial will be in White Church Cemetery in Fulton. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include his wife of thirty years, Amy Johnson Kingsley of Mooreville; his children Evan Kingsley of Tupelo, Alex Kingsley and fianceé, Elaina of Fulton, Sharon Brown (Ben) of Saltillo, Greg Kingsley of Atlanta, Georgia, Brian Kingsley (Toedy) of Booneville; one brother, Michael "Mackey" Kingsley (Charlotte) of Auburn; seven grandchildren, Kadin Kingsley of Mantachie, Heather Elliott (Scott) of Mooreville, John Kingsley (Hope) of Mantachie, Zach Schumpert and Madison Schumpert of Mooreville, Ethan Kelly of Kosciusko, and Bree Kingsley of Florida; two great-grandchildren, Collin Elliot and Reese Elliot of Mooreville; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Bobby Kingsley; one sister, Jo Nell Robbins. Pallbearers will be Randy Johnson, Howard Underwood, Bobby Johnson, Charles Parham, Roy Norris, Michael Franks, B. J. Mills and Robert Reed. Visitation will be 4 to 9 p.m. Monday, August 11, 2014, at the church. Memorials may be made to Family Worship Center, c/o Howard Underwood, 2956 Fawn Grove Rd., Mantachie, MS 38855
