Verona - Wanda Collins, 38, died Thursday, September 30, 2010, at Community Hospice at Darlington Oaks after an extended illness. A native of Texas, she was born April 22, 1972, to Billy Cornelius and Debbie Collins. She enjoyed reading and eating popcorn.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her four children, Brittany Corbell and Troy Collins of Plantersville and Rebekah and Ronald Mathers of Iowa; her brother and two sisters, Billy Joe, Maggie and Angel.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
