Tupelo - Virginia Lamb, 86, passed away Friday, February 12, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born in Lee County to Willie Samuel and Nora Estelle Clark on May 6, 1929. Virginia was a talented seamstress and worked from her home and had never retired from this profession. She loved listening to music especially blue grass. Virginia was a wonderful cook and her pies were a favorite of all. She was a member of West Booneville Church of Christ. Services will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2016, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Minister Ward Hogland officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Survivors include children, Ronald Oscar Moore of Pontotoc and Patricia Denise Loague (Ricky) of Dorsey; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; sisters, Hazel Cox of Saltillo and Mary Bess Wheeler (Bob) of Pratts Community. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Calvin Lamb and brother, Oscar Ensley Clark. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Michael Loague and Nickey Dickens; great-grandsons, Jordan and Hunter Campbell; nephews, Will Dodson and Tucker Wood.
