VIRGINIA ROBERTSON BIRTH Saltillo - Virginia Robertson Birth, 89, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born November 7, 1924, in Oklahoma, to William Halbert and Phenice Josephine Malone Loftin. For many years she served as a sales representative. Sewing, needlework, crafting and working cross word puzzles were a few of the things she enjoyed most. She loved her family dearly and cherished time spent with them. She was a Seventh Day Adventist in Harrah, Oklahoma. A celebration of life will be 4 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Tim Green officiating and Rev. Mike Johnson assisting. A graveside service will follow at a later date in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. Survivors include three children, Linda L. Tollison of Tupelo and Thomas L. Robertson (Sandra) and Richard S. Robertson (Jan) both of Saltillo; twelve grandchildren, Scott, Mike, Jennifer, Chris, Heather, Brian, David, John, Tammy, Brad, Josh, Jessica; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; the father of her children, Jack D. Robertson, in 1975; two sons, Jack E. Robertson and Mark W. Robertson and one brother, Robert Allen Loftin. Her grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, at the funeral home.
