VIRA GANN Belmont, MS - Vira Gann, 71, passed away after an illness on June 2, 2015, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was born on September 10, 1943, in the town of Gorokhovets, Russia. She has lived most of her life in Sevastopol, Russia, where she worked with children as a speech therapist and a teacher. In 2002 she moved to Belmont, MS. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, reading and cooking. She attended Belmont United Methodist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Nataly Wigginton (Phillip) of Saltillo, MS and one granddaughter, Veronica Wigginton of Saltillo, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Gann and her parents. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date which will be announced by W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors, Tupelo.
