URSULA CULLIN Saltillo - Maria Ingeborg Ursula Cullin, 77, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Ansbach, Germany on July 2, 1935, to Paul and Eva Maria Krauss Sorgatz, becoming a United States Citizen November 17, 1988. She was an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where she enjoyed participation in the Hannah Circle which supports the church's many charities. She was an avid NASCAR fan, especially #14 Tony Stewart. Ursula enjoyed traveling and working crossword puzzles, as well as crafting ceramics with Clara Stephens and friends. Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. David Mac Kain and Rev. Richard Kreitenstein officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park with W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her husband of fifty-eight years, Bill Cullin of Saltillo; five children, Randy Cullin (Nina) of Iowa City, Iowa, Donna Cullin of Tupelo, Kathy Meyer (Brian) of Iowa City, Kristina Wilmoth of Guntown and Michael Cullin of Nashville; five grandchildren, Joe Cullin (Jei Lee) of Iowa City, Christopher Cullin (Meagan) of Tupelo, Courtney Mears (Manny Villanueva) of Iowa City, Curtis Condon of Iowa City and Brandon Wilmoth (Jasmine) of Japan; six great-grandchildren, Lauren, Alex, Hector, Manny Jr., Connor and Lucas; one brother, Klaus Krauss of Germany; three nieces and two nephews in the States and four nephews and two nieces in Germany. She was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Brian Cullin and Rachael and Rebecca Condon; two sisters, Gisela and Walli; and her parents. Pallbearers will be members of Ursula's family. Visitation will be 3 - 7 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the funeral home and continued the next day one hour prior to services at the Church.
