TRESA PITTS Booneville - Tresa Sue Hester Pitts, 34, died Friday, August 22, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on the Natchez Trace. She was born in Tupelo on November 23, 1979, to Oscar Devan Hester and Lillie George Hester McVay. Tresa loved fishing, swimming and anything outdoors. She loved her children and treasured spending time with them. Graveside Services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2014,in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Pontotoc. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include three sons, Brandon Eubanks, Devin Eubanks and Brasen Jarman; her husband, Jessie Pitts of Pontotoc; her mother, Lillie McVay (Scottie) of Booneville; two brothers, Charles Stephens (Amanda) of Pontotoc and Jerry George of Booneville; four Aunts, Linda Cheathman (Ferman) of Booneville, Betty McCollum of Tupelo, Joan George of California and Darlene Gray of Arizona; two Uncles, Michael George (Teresa) of Marietta and Jerry George of Arkansas; one special nephew, Jimmy Dale George of Booneville; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Devan Hester; Paternal Grandfather, Huey Hester and Paternal Grandmother, Susie Hester; Maternal Grandfather, Jerry Dorce George and Maternal Grandmother, Roberta George. Pallbearers will be Brian Cartwright, Andy George, Kenneth Johnson, Kerry Cunningham, Brent George and Jason George. Honorary pallbearers will be James George, Michael George and Joshua Smith.
