TOMMY MAY
Tupelo - Tommy May, 57, died Monday, January 15, 2007, at The Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. A native of Clinton, La., he was born February 2, 1949 to the late Dow and Myrl Bramlett May. He was a 1967 graduate of Shannon High School. He was an employee of the Truck Center and a former employee of Tupelo Concrete Products and Jesco Company. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Bobby Holland officiating. Burial will be in Euclatubba Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Judy May of Saltillo; two sons, Scott May and Luke May; one sister, Teresa May; six brothers, James May and wife, Gaye, David May and wife, Jane, Fred May and wife, Martha, Jerry May and wife, Susan, Roger May and wife, Laura, and Tim May and wife, Pam, all of Saltillo; two grandchildren, Neil and Bo May; his special little friend, Isaac "Buster" Copeland.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Todd May; and two brothers, Mike and Gary May.
His nephews and nieces will serve as Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers.
Visitation will continue from 1 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home in Saltillo.
