TANYA ELLIS Saltillo - Tanya Lynn Reese Ellis, 45, died Sunday, November 18, 2012, at her home, after an extended illness. She was born May 29, 1967 in Columbus, to George S. and Martha Lockhart Reese, Jr. For about four years, she worked for Joerns Health Care in Baldwyn while living in Guntown, and prior to that for eight years with Baxter Health Care in Cleveland. She was an avid reader and MSU football fan. She was Methodist by faith. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2012, at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Jimmy Ray officiating. Burial will be in Hollandale Cemetery. Survivors include one son, Johnathan Ellis of Fort Cobb Oklahoma; her mother Martha Reese of Saltillo; one brother, Scott Reese of Dallas, Texas; one sister, Jennifer Reese of Saltillo; two nephews, Xan and John Mark Reese and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, George Reese, Jr.; her maternal grandparents, Hewitt and Carolyn Lockhart; paternal grandparents, George Reese, Sr. and Beth Reese.
