Blue SpringsShirley Coleman Roberts, 68, died Wednesday, November 5, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany after a lengthy illness. A native of Bruce, she was born January 26, 1940, to the late Charles and Francis Coleman. She has lived in Blue Springs for the last 13 years. She enjoyed the outdoors, living in the country, and loved spending time with all of her dogs. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Private services will be held at a later date. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her children, Patsy Webb and husband, Steven, of Mooreville, Deborah McKenna of Blue Springs, Millard Turner, Jr. and wife, Patti, of Columbus, and Billy Turner and wife, Kim, of Tupelo; one brother, Billy Coleman of Memphis; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
