Sherry Ann Sheffield
Mooreville- Sherry Ann Sheffield went to her Heavenly home Monday, February 27, 2023. Sherry Ann was born March 31, 1964 in Tupelo. She is the only child of Jack Thomas Sheffield and the late Clara J. Cochran Sheffield. Sherry Ann was a strong sweet soul, who never let her circumstances negatively affect her attitude. She brought joy to anyone around her with her humor and wit. She enjoyed playing board games, card games, dominos, singing, and watching Westerns. She was a member of Boguefala Baptist Church.
Sherry Ann is survived by her father, Jack Sheffield of Mooreville; cousin, Gayla McGreger of Mooreville and her children, Raena McGreger, Davis McGreger; cousin, Stacy Walley and his wife, Missy of Arkansas, and their children Carly Walley, Mallory Walley, and Madison Walley; and a host of other beloved family and caregivers.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Clara Sheffield.
Visitation will be 4 until 7 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 and 1 p.m. until service time Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Pegues, Tupelo.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues with Bro. David Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Boguefala Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Stacy Walley, John Blaylock, Davis McGreger, Rick Spencer, Jerry Loden, and Kent Randle.
