SHELIA PITTS Tupelo - Shelia Rebecca Pitts, 55, graduated to Heaven Friday, March 13, 2015, at her home. She was born in Town Creek, Alabama on April 25, 1959. She is a long-time faithful member of Lakeview Baptist Church and was a member of the choir. She enjoyed her flowers, gardening, and was an avid fisherman. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues, Tupelo with Pastor Rob Garland and Zach Anderson officiating. A graveside will follow at Tupelo Memorial Park. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her husband of almost 35 years, Jim Pitts; daughter, Gina Hefner (Luke) and their children, Luke Jr., Gracie and Grady; two sons, Chris Pitts (Nicki) and Thomas Pitts (Donna) and their children, Erika and T.J.; two great-grandchildren, Addie and Izzy. She was preceded in death by her mother, Christine Crowden and two brothers, Bill and Milton Crowden. Visitation will be 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2015 at W.E. Pegues, Tupelo.
