Tupelo - Shelba Ann Otts, 80, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at Tupelo Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Amory on November 20, 1937, to Dalton Bryan and Bernice Noe Bryan. She married Mitchell Douglas Otts and together they raised their four children. Shelba was a long time and faithful member of West Main Church of Christ. She was an advocate for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing and reading John Grisham books.



Survivors include her four children, Terry Otts of Houlka, Suzanne Martin of Nashville, Tennessee, Melisa Broussard of Tupelo, and Bryan Otts of Baldwyn; six grandchildren, Nicholas Broussard of Atlanta, Georgia, McCall Martin of Nashville, Tennessee, Leighton Greenhill stationed with the armed forces, Parker Johnson of Tupelo, Bryanna Johnson of Tupelo and Carson Otts of Baldwyn; great-grandchildren, Braylen Martin of Nashville, Tennessee, Chloe Broussard, and Zari Broussard; one brother Boyd Bryan and his wife Carolyn of Amory; two sisters, Janice Franks of Mobile, Alabama and Myra Harmeling of Dayton, Ohio.



She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.



Visitation will be from 4 until 7:30 p.m. Wednesday July 11, 2018, at W. E. Pegues Tupelo.



Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday July 12, 2018 , at Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Minister Doug Greenway officiating. Graveside services will be in Lee Memorial Park.
