Mantachie - Shay Hart, 31, died Saturday, December 30, 2017, at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born July 20, 1986, to Billy Ray Meadows and Patsy Ann Schmitz Perez. Shay had been a resident of North Mississippi for about three years and worked at Jackson Furniture Company in Mantachie. She enjoyed canoeing, cooking, and getting lost in a good book. She was full of life and loved by many.
Survivors include her mother, Patsy Ann Perez and her husband Carlos; father, Billy Ray Meadows; one son, Josh Coleman of Houston; one sister, Jessica Reynolds and her husband Danny of Houlka; one brother, Aaron Cockrell of Memphis, Tennessee; two nieces Madison and Aubree Reynolds of Houlka and special friend Kevin Holcomb.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 1, 2018, at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo.
