Sandra Reedy

June 26, 1951 — April 20, 2008

Tupelo - Sandra L. Reedy, 56, died Sunday, April 20, 2008, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A Fulton native, she was born June 26, 1951 to the late John Trice Loague and Bonnie Mae Payne Loague. A 1969 graduate of Fulton High School, she then went on to Itawamba Community College where she graduated with a degree in nursing. She was a registered oncology nurse for 19 years with the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She loved special time with her grandchildren especially singing songs with them, traveling and was a wonderful cook. She was an avid reader and an Atlanta Braves fan. She was Gods Light in this world. She was known for her optimism and always saw the good in other people. She was loved and will be missed by all those who were touched by her kindness and caring. She will continue to shine through her loved ones.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Dr. Paul Brashier officiating.

Survivors include her husband, Paul H. Reedy of Tupelo; her daughter, Stephanie E. Cook (Justin) of Tupelo; two sons, Jeff Erwin (Kathryn) of Saltillo, Kevin Erwin (Laura Beth) of Tupelo; three grandaughters, Shelby Erwin of Saltillo, Serra-Avery Erwin of Saltillo and Addison Cook of Tupelo; two grandsons, Braden Micheal Erwin of Tupelo and Dylan Barnett of Saltillo; two brothers, Tim (Debbie) of Peppertown and Randy Loague (Wanda) of Eggville; one sister, Cindy Smith (Joe) of Dorsey; and the father of her children, Billy Erwin.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be 5 - 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
