SAMMY INMON Nettleton - Sammy Inmon, 75, died Friday, February 15, 2013, at his residence. A life-long Nettleton native, he was born on July 20, 1937 to Wylie Anderson and Valker C. Inmon. He owned and operated Inmon's Furniture for many years. He was a member of Nettleton Pentecostal Church and currently served as a board member. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, February 18, 2013 at the Nettleton Pentecostal Church with Rev. Larry and Jordan Davis officiating. Burial will be in Jones Chapel Cemetery in Nettleton. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include his wife of thirty-nine years, Norene Inmon; two daughters, Rhonda Vaughn (Michael) of Hatley and Patti Guin (Jason) of Plantersville; two sons, Ricky Inmon (Tammi) and Randle Inmon (Paula), both of Nettleton; thirteen grandchildren, Carrie Neal, Chris and Dustin McKay, Lily and Joseph Guin, Jason and Timothy Foster, Brandon Inmon, Lacey Fay Finney, Courtney, Austin and Wesley Fay and Chad Vaughn; ten great-grandchildren; four sisters, Frances Warren of Brewer, Jane Rhudy (G.C.) of Nettleton, Brenda Rogers (Eddie) of Texas and Martha Fay Inmon of Nettleton; two sisters-in-law, Annie Lee Inmon and Charlotte Waltz. He was preceded in death by his son, Randy Dale Strawn; his daughter, Kathy Foster and one brother, Junior Inmon. Pallbearers will be The Bible Class of Nettleton Pentecostal Church. Honorary pallbearers will be Tammi Inmon and Merle Hipps. Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the Church.
