RONNY VANBUSKIRK Mooreville - Ronny "R. V." VanBuskirk, 63, died suddenly Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born in Tupelo on December 27, 1949, to J. C. and Frances Harrelson Buskirk. He proudly served in the Mississippi National Guard. For the past five years, he worked for MS Nonwovens Inc. as a furniture supply salesman. He loved to watch his grandsons play ball and his family time. He attended Basileia Baptist Church in Mooreville. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Derick Jones officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife of nearly 40 years, Carolyn VanBuskirk of Mooreville; one daughter, Hayley VanBuskirk Harrington (Shane) of Saltillo; his mother, Frances Buskirk of Tupelo; two grandchildren, Wes and Van Harrington of Saltillo; one brother, Mike VanBuskirk (Leslie) of Tupelo; one niece, Katie VanBuskirk of Tupelo; and one nephew, Harris VanBuskirk of Jackson. He was preceded in death by his father, J.C. Buskirk in 1992. Visitation will be 11 a.m to 2 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013 at the funeral home.
