Tupelo - Rolf Detlef Hall, 58, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019, at his residence after a brief illness. On February 3, 1960, he was born to Wilhelmine Luise Bach in Germany. Rolf came to the United States at the young age of 5 years old. He was employed with Westwood Industries in the frame shop for many years. He enjoyed walking and collecting cans from the roadside, playing pool, shooting darts and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include two special aunts, Marine Garrett of Tupelo and Ellie of Germany; cousins, Karen Whitt (Jeff) of Itawamba County, Brandon Garrett (Hannah) of the Auburn Community, Barry Garrett (Angie) of Plantersville, Bradley Cox (Jessica) of Mooreville, Danny Garrett and Kailyn Lackey both of the Auburn Community and Ellie of Germany; special person, Jack Cooper Hunter; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Francis and Wilhelmine Luise Hall; and cousin, Glenda Cooper.
Visitation will be from 1 until 3 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at W.E. Pegues, Tupelo. Burial will follow in Crossroads Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Garrett, Bradley Cox, Larry Patterson, Jeff Whitt, Jeff Eaton, Tracy Stults, Matthew Watts and Brandon Holiday.
