Robert (Bob) Crawford

Blue Springs - Robert E. (Bob) Crawford, 80, died Monday, February 21, 2011, at his residence after an extended illness. A native of Missouri, he was born April 7, 1930. He was a retired security guard for the Mall at Barnes Crossing. He served his country proudly, spending six years in the Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Marine Corp League and the Vietnam Veterans Association.

A Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Veterans Memorial at Veterans Park. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Judith Crawford of Blue Springs; his children, Terry Robinson (Samuel) of Blue Springs, Gary Crawford of Missouri, Michael Crawford, and Regina Crawford of Oregan; his step-children, Annette Woods (Jim) of Stockton, Mo., Kenneth Grady (Mary) Phillipsburg, Mo., and Bruce Grady of Orlando, Fla.; one sister, Rosemary Schauwecker of St. Louis, Mo., 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Vietnam Veterans Association and Marine Corp League.
