RICKY EASTERLING
Blue SpringsRicky Easterling, 39, died Monday, January 30, 2006, at the University Medical Center in Jackson after an extended illness. A life long Jugfork Community resident, he was born December 7, 1966, in Baldwyn. He had worked 18 years for Tecumseh Products and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Baptist church.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Beech Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Felix Hutcheson, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his fiance, Glinda Dale Guess of the Jugfork Community; three step-children, Terry Joe Guess of Myrtle Beach, SC, Vanessa Guess and Steven Guess, both of Jug Fork; his parents, Olen Lamar Easterling Sr., of Jugfork and Genell McVay Easterling of Lampasas, Tex.; three sisters, Mitzi Leigh Easterling of Saltillo, Ashley Easterling and Anna Easterling both of Jugfork; five brothers, Gary Patterson of Memphis, Terry Easterling of Jugfork, Jimmy McVay of Alabama, Johnny Easterling of the Jerico Community, and Buddy Easterling of Jugfork.
Pallbearers will be Terry Timmons, Mark Hawkins, Thomas Brown, Jake Green, Mike Morphis, and Dennis Mitchell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Easterling, Jr., Chris Easterling, and all his friends at Tecumseh Products.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
