RICKEY CAUSEY
Tupelo -- Rickey Dale Causey, 48, died Saturday, May 05, 2007, at the North Mississippi Medical Center after a sudden illness. A Lee County native, he was born February 23, 1959, to Audie Sullivan Causey and the late Robert Buck Causey. He was a construction worker in the home building industry. His wife, Dale Causey, preceded him in death on Christmas Day in 2005. He was a NASCAR and Dale Earnheart fan, and he also enjoyed trading trucks. Caring for and his Boxers Boo and Brandle was his favorite pastime. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Don Sparks officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery near Nettleton.
Survivors included his mother, Audie Causey of Tupelo; one sister, Janet Towery of Guntown; one niece, Tonya Killough of Guntown; one nephew, Steven Towery of Guntown.
He was preceded in death by his wife, father, and one brother, Wayne Causey.
Pallbearers will be Danny Sullivan, Scott Sullivan, Eddie Sullivan, Chad Langford, Steven Towery, and Billy Joe Holland.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
