REGINA SCOTT Tupelo- Audra Regina Scott, 59, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014, at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born in Bay Springs, December 08, 1954 to Arnold Larue and Doris Perkins Johnson. She graduated from The University of Mississippi with a Masters of Speech Pathology. While at Ole Miss she played the flute in The Pride of the South's marching band. After college she moved to Blue Ridge, Georgia where she started the speech pathology program at Fannin County Schools, where she worked for fourteen-years. After leaving Blue Ridge she moved to Fulton to work for Itawamba county schools for three years. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She enjoyed gardening, scrapbooking, especially cross-stiching. She loved her daughters. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 7, 2014 at The Church of Latter-Day Saints with Bishop Matt Westcott officiating. Burial will be in Jessamine Cemetery, in Ridgeland. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her three daughters, Molly Scott, Annalise Scott and Megan Scott all of Tupelo; two brothers, Rodney Johnson (Erma) of Pike, Marv Johnson (Tammy) of Madison; one sister Ericka Myers (Phil) of Madison. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Larue and Audra Darkus Johnson. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Church of Latter-Day Saints.
