PEARL ROSE SJOLIN
Tupelo - Pearl Rose Sjolin, 85, died Thursday, July 6, 2006, at Daniel Health Care after an extended illness. A Chicago native, she was born April 23, 1921 to the late Alfred and Pearl Lippke. She worked for Montgomery Ward for several years until returned home to take care of her daughter. She had been a resident of Home Place in Saltillo for the past eight years where she had made many friends.
Services will be 5 pm Friday at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Tim Green officiating.
Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Fisher,of Stockton, Calif; two brothers, Alfred Lippke and wife, Bunny, of Gurnee, Ill. and Arthur Lippke of Los Angeles; special friends, Barbara Crossley, Laura May, Martha Hilliard, Earie Hill, Clarice Knight, and Mary Sue Knight.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Theodore "Ted" Sjolin.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until service time Friday.
