PATSY STANLEY Saltillo - Patsy Lee Stanley, 64, died after an extended illness, Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at her daughter's home. She was born in Lee County on July 21, 1949 to Leroy and Sybil Van Buskirk Walters. She was a 1967 graduate of Tupelo High School and a long time resident of Saltillo. After 32 years of service, she retired from North Mississippi Medical Center as an educational coordinator. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Saltillo. Graveside services will be 2: 00p.m. Friday, April 25, 2014, at Fellowship Cemetery in Saltillo with Rev. Jason Driggers officiating. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors of Saltillo is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include one daughter, Emily Stanley Scruggs (Jeff); two sisters, Betty Sandlin and Jeanie Pruitt; a special niece and nephew, Sandlin Grace Finkel and Bram Finkel; one aunt, JoAnn Bentley all of Saltillo. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Larry Walters. Pallbearers will be Terry and Dayton Bentley, Steve Yeoman, Dave and Bram Finkel and Eddie Sullivan. The family would like to thank the Sanctuary Hospice House for their kindness, care and compassion to Patsy and the family. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2014 at W. E.
