Baldwyn- Patricia Ann Turner Roberts, 68, died Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Yazoo City Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born March 11, 1951 to Bonnie and Christine Simpson Turner. She was a graduate of Mantachie High School. She later became a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked at Baldwyn Nursing Home Facility for 11 years. Patricia enjoyed listening to and singing gospel songs and loved her dogs especially, "Sam and the Bandit". She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Guntown.
Survivors include her husband of 11 years, Bro. Bobby Roberts of Grenada; son Shaun Byas of Baldwyn; brother, Charlie Turner and his wife, Mae of Eggville; sister-in-law, Margaret Turner; a host of nieces and nephews; and two very special friends she made while in the nursing home, Ms. Lucy Berry and Ms. Clara Cooper.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brother, John Earl, Tommy, James and Joe Elbert
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday at W.E. Pegues, Tupelo.
Graveside services honoring her life will be 2 p.m. at Crossroads Cemetery with Bro. Tony Gallop officiating.
Pallbearers will be Lynn Turner, Kim Turner, Wesley Turner, Casey Turner, Brandon Stanford and Bobby Gatewood.
