Patricia "Pat" Gilmore
Brewer Community - Patricia Ann Gilmore, 63, died Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born August 9, 1955 to Lonnie Gilmore and Aileen Baker Gilmore. She graduated from Shannon High in 1973. Patricia then started her long career in the hotel business. She worked for Holiday Inn in her early career but worked at Wingate by Wyndham for the last 12 years. Patricia gave her life to Christ at an early age at Brewer Baptist Church. She never had a bad word to say about anyone. She loved everybody.
She leaves her brother, Donnie Gilmore and his wife, Donna, of Saltillo; nieces, Dedra Griffis (Torrance) of Ingomar and Melissa Gilmore of Tupelo; nephews, Don Gilmore (Ashley) of Mooreville, Chris Gilmore (Andrea) of Saltillo and Dustin Pannell of Saltillo; several great-nephews and nieces; her friend and co-worker, Cheryl Foster; and her uncle, Billy Baker.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Visitation will be at 12 p.m. until service time on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at W.E. Pegues, Tupelo.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Chris Stacks officiating. Graveside services will follow in Brewer Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her nephews and great-nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be her co-workers at Wingate and the staff at Sanctuary Hospice House.
