Saltillo - Pat T. Warren, 82, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, at her home in Saltillo after a brief illness. She was a native of Pokeville, and the daughter of the late Joe and Maudie Fortenberry Thorton. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She loved her grandchildren, and enjoyed camping and cooking for her family.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with the Rev. Tim Green officiating.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, James R. "Jim" Warren of Saltillo; one daughter, Tim Warren Dixon and husband, Wayne, of Saltillo; nine grandchildren, Christy Wren, Renee Bullard, Clint Warren, Jamie Jones, Ance Warren, Drake Grisham, Tina Taylor, Jacob Dixon and Hunter Dixon; 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Joe Warren; a sister, Zell Martin; and a great-grandson, Josh Taylor.
Pallbearers will be Terry Bullard, Clint Warren, Gary Taylor, David Fisher, Craig Sanders, Russell Speegle, Dale Brock and Wayne Dixon.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today
