PAT HARRIS Saltillo - Patricia Ann "Pat" Harris, 62, born May 20, 1951, in Lee County to Cecil Benton and Bobbie Jean Reaves Scott passed away Monday, December 16, 2013, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She worked at Dacus Foods many years where she met her future husband, Ted Harris. After her marriage to Ted in Panama City, Florida, wearing hot pink shorts on a beautiful beach, she became a devoted homemaker and mother. She loved to travel and never lost her love for Panama City or laying out in the sun. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with her brother-in-law, Freddie Harris officiating. Survivors include her husband of twenty-three years, Ted Harris of Saltillo; two daughters, Angie Thomas and Mandy Brown both of Saltillo; one son, Michael Brown of Texas; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Linda Ray (Jimmy) and Barbara McLarty (Ron) both of Saltiilo; four brothers, Jimmy and Ray Scott (Tina) of Nesbitt, Cecil Scott, Jr of Cleveland and Billy Scott of Texas; two uncles, Tommy Reaves and Billy Reaves (Joyce) both of Hernando; special aunt, Brenda Turner of Saltillo. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Pamela West in 2006. Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at the Saltillo Funeral Home.
