NETTLETON - Pamela J. West, 47, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, at the North Mississippi Medical Center after a long illness. She was born Dec. 23, 1958, in Memphis to Cecil Scott and Bobbie Bohannon Scott. She was an employee of Bauhaus Inc. of Amory until her health failed. She was a Baptist. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved her dogs, Princess, Lady, Holly and Molly.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Sammy Lansdell officiating. Burial will be in Euclatubba Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Harold West of Nettleton; two stepchildren, Saprnia Raley and David, and Trent West and Shana, all of Nettleton; four sisters, Linda Raye and Jimmy, Patricia Harris and Ted, and Brenda Turner, all of Birmingham Ridge, and Barbara McLarty and Ron of Saltillo; six brothers, Billy W. Scott of Longview, Tenn., Robert Ray Scott and Jimmy L. Scott, both of Hernando, Cecil Scott Jr. of Southaven, Tommy Reaves and Carolyn of Olive Branch, and Billy Reaves and Joyce of Horn Lake; her stepparents, Herman and Kaye Bohannon of Ripley, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Megan Raley, Katlyn Raley and Kaydon West; special friends, Danny and Mary Hodnett.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Bobbie Scott, and a daughter, Kimberly Benjamin.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ray, Ronald McLarty, Ted Harris, Mark Lamon, Derrick Scott and Donny Hodnett.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time today.
