Norma Jean Sieben Dillard passed away on January 5, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Norma was born in Aurora, Illinois on September 23, 1939, to Norbert and Pearl Sieben. Norma relocated to Blue Springs, Mississippi in 1958, where she settled and raised her children. She worked as a seamstress for 30 years. She had many hobbies which included sewing, puzzles, and reading. Her monthly casino trips were a highlight in her last years. Spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was what she looked forward to most.

Norma leaves behind her daughters, Alice Davidson, Pearl Gable, and Wendy Davis (Wayne); son, Martin Dillard (Jimmy Ward); daughters-in-law, Karen Walker Dillard Coltharp and Diane Davis (Tom); grandchildren, Jennifer Canavello (Ben), Amy Davis, Lindsey Harmon, Stephanie Sullivan (Brandon), Alex Dillard (Lilly), Brianna Gable, Whitney Davis (Blake), and Erin Walker Belew (Matthew); great-grandchildren, Tucker Harmon, Colton Marshall-Dillard, Tanner Harmon, Dylan Canavello, Abigail Dillard, Rebel Leigh Sullivan, Walker Claire Belew, and Dawson Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who were all touched by her kindness.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Leo “Straw” Dillard; parents, Norbert Sieben, and Pearl Sieben Challand; step-father, Lester Challand; son, Tom Davis Jr; brothers, Bob Sieben, Lloyd Sieben, Jerry Sieben, and Jimmy Sieben; and sister, Mary Sieben Barron.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 3 p.m. until service time Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Pegues in Tupelo. 

A celebration of life will be 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
