Mollie Imogene Winchester

Tupelo - Mollie Imogene Winchester died Tuesday July 17, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born on October 6, 1932 to Luther Bounds and Levera Patrick in Paris, Texas. She grew up in the Mississippi Delta with her three brothers and two sisters. For 50 years, she raised her two children in the Evergreen Community. Prior to declining health, she attended Evergreen Baptist Church. Mollie had a tremendous sense of humor.  She enjoyed doing things for others, as well as being around family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Walter Glyn Winchester of Tupelo; one daughter Pamela Garnsay of Tupelo; one sister Bonnie Patrick of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; one brother James Grimsley of Strayhorn; one granddaughter, Adreana Spencer and her husband Jarrett of Burton, Michigan; and two great grandchildren, Willow and Brooklin Spencer of Burton, Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Adam Clayton Winchester and Walter Glyn Winchester, Jr.; two brothers, Joseph Franklin Bounds and David Allen Grimsley; and one sister Edna Earl Frazier.

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Friday July 20, 2018, at The Sky Is The Limit Ministries 839 Shell Street Tupelo, MS 38801.
