Mildred Gandy

MILDRED ARLENE GANDY Tupelo - Mildred Arlene Gandy, 82, died Monday, May 21, 2012, at Golden Living Center. She was born in Lafayette County on August 21, 1929 to William W. and Hettie E. Moore Gandy. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, and her house plants. Services will be held at a later date in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth Wells; two brothers, Stanford Gandy (Willie Ruth) and Jimmy Gandy (Barbara Sue), three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Dannie Harmon, Ann Kilgore, Lottie Bolen and Edith Massey; four brothers, Pat, Alvin, Bill, and J.C. Gandy.
