Olive Branch - Meredith High Davidson, 27, died Thursday, September 17, 2009, at her home in Olive Branch. She was born February 28, 1982, in Birmingham, Ala., to Henry and Lynn Cork High. She attended Tupelo public schools and graduated from Faith Christian Academy in 2000. She married Cody Davidson, January 7, 2006. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved taking her son to the zoo and park. She was a loving and compassionate individual, gifted in relating to children with disabilities. She was creative with a keen sense of style and excelled in making artistic designs. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and grew up at All Saints Episcopal Church.

Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with The Rev. Paul Stevens officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park.

Survivors include her husband of nearly four years, Cody Davidson of Olive Branch; her son, Lennox Christian "Lex" Davidson of the home; her parents, Henry and Lynn Cork High of Tupelo; three sisters, Jennifer Medders (Cliff) of Cleveland, Leslie Wood (Andrew) of Saltillo, and Catherine Stegall (Charley) of Pontotoc; one brother, Jason Silcox (Paige) of Nashville; two nieces, Kaylee Wood and Nora Silcox; two nephews, Charles Allen "Cas" Stegall and Davis Silcox; her grandparents, Rev. Ferrell and Billie Cork of Tupelo; her uncle, Steve Cork (Cheryl) of Tupelo; two cousins, Collin and Cade Cork of Tupelo; her aunt, Mary Allen High and uncle, Jim High, both of Tupelo; her mother-in-law, Wanda Davidson of Tupelo; two brothers-in-law, Matthew and Hunter Davidson (Debra); two sisters-in-law, Leigh Pritchard (John) and Jill Maddline (Steve).

Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
