Matt Riley
TUPELO - Matt Riley, 18, died Friday, Jan. 6, 2006, after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born Sept. 23, 1986, in Tupelo and was a senior at Tupelo High School. He enjoyed listening to music and playing the guitar, keyboard and drums. He was expecting a son with three weeks. He was a member of Harrisburg Baptist Church.
Services will be at 3: 30 p.m. today at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Dr. Forrest Sheffield, the Rev. David Langerfeld and the Rev. Lowell Walker officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park.
Survivors include his parents, Jane Riley and David Riley, both of Tupelo; his fiancee, Allison Anglin of Tupelo; his brother, Nick Moreland of Tupelo; his grandparents, S.F. "Red" and Joyce Henderson of Tupelo, Butch and Natalie Riley of Brewer and Robert and Linda Culpepper of Pontotoc; and his great-grandfather, Carl Kingsley of Tupelo.
Pallbearers will be the members of the Tupelo Fire Department Honor Guard.
