FRANCES MILLS HASTY
Nettleton - MARY FRANCES MILLS HASTY, 63, died Wednesday, September 13, 2006, at Residence after an extended illness. A Tupelo native, she was born December 14, 1942 to the late Luther Taylor and Lena Mae Vess Mills. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking, and making dolls.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Bobby Holland officiating. Burial will be in Boguefala Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Regina Rogers of Blue Springs and Vida Marie Mills of Sedgewickville, Mo.; one son, David Causey of Conway, Ark.; three sisters, Ina Kelly of Nettleton, Shirley Faust of Mooreville, and Linda Malone, of Prescott, Ark.; three brothers, John Henry Mills of Red Bay, Ala., Ralph Mills of Sandersville, and James Mills of Mooreville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Felix Causey; one grandson, Phillip Starkey; one brother, Bobby Mills; and one great-grandson, Logan Shaw.
Pallbearers will be Mike Strop, Scott Myers, Paul Cullums, Bill Kelly, Jim Rogers, and Jimmy Myers.
Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
