MARY ANN MARKHAM Saltillo - Mary Ann Markham, 66, died Friday, January 18, 2013, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee on January 27, 1946, to Lafayette Reed and Pauline Davis Taylor. She was an avid animal lover, loved shopping, gardening, cooking, traveling, especially to the Smoky Mountains and spending time with her family. She was Church of Christ by faith. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2013 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Charlie Faust officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband, Joe Ronald Markham of Saltillo; two daughters, Tracey Adair Marshall (Freddy) of Guntown and Lesley Adair Stanford (Chris) of Saltillo; one step-daughter, Shanda Michelle Gosa of Winfield, Alabama; three grandchildren, Jared Marshall, Addison Stanford and Cody Dickerson. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, January 20, 2013 at the funeral home in Tupelo.
