Mary Pauline Bennel

PAULINE BENNEL Pontotoc - Pauline White Bennel, 82, died Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at Community Hospice at Darlington Oaks. She was born in Paris, Tennessee on July 12, 1932, to Essary and Ila Mae Allan White. Pauline loved to fish, garden, and flower garden. She especially loved her pet dog LuLu. Pauline was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Survivors include three daughters, Juanita Farquhar of Mantachie, Peggy Smothers of Mantachie and Elaine McKnight of Pontotoc; two sons, James Burney and John Burney (Tracy)all of Pontotoc; three sisters, Linda Newman (David) of Southaven, Brenda White of Tupelo and Shirley Sapp of Saltillo; two brothers, Harrold White (Katherine) of Hickman, Kentucky and Doyle White (Kathy) of Pontotoc; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and father of her children, James Herschel Burney; and seven brothers.
