MARTHA ANN TONN
Saltillo - Martha Ann Tonn, 65, died Saturday, May 3, 2008, at The Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. She was born in the Unity Community, July 7, 1942 to the late Trobie and Mauvelene Edge Sullivan. She worked 12 years at BlueBell before retiring in 2002 from Daybrite after 23 years of service. She was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church of Saltillo for 39 years. She loved sports, particularly, Nascar and the New York Yankees. She enjoyed reading and gardening.
Services will be 2 p.m., Monday, May 5, 2008 at The Saltillo Chapel of W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors with Dr. Ken Anderson and Dr. Juston Gates officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park.
Survivors include one son, Gene Sullivan and his wife, Debbie of Tupelo; one daughter, Tracy G. Cupp of Saltillo; one grandaughter, Morgan Sullivan of Tupelo, three grandsons,Tyler Sullivan of Tupelo, Austin Cupp of Saltillo, and Gavin Cupp of Saltillo; her brother, Charles E. Sullivan and his wife, Sueno of Bellevue, Nebraska; and her nephew, Patrick Sullivan of Kansas City, Missouri; one godson, Benson Caleb Tigner.
Pallbearers will be Richard Whaley, Travis Edge, Tyler Sullivan, Austin Cupp, Gavin Cupp, and Mark Jackson.
Visitation will be 2 - 9 p.m., Sunday, May 4, 2008 at the Saltillo Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Sanctuary Hospice House.
