MARGIE M. MAGEE Tupelo - Margie Magee, 74, passed away July 17, 2015, in her home. She was born June 15, 1941, to Jim Moore and Ella Mae Gannan Moore in Leake County. Margie was a retired Real Estate agent and a member at Mt. Vernon Baptist church. Services will be 3:30 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2015, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Bro. Doug Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be in Pontotoc Memorial Park. She is survived by three daughters; Wendy Newton (Roger) of Lake Wales, Florida, Cindy Barnett (Brad) of Tupelo and Amy Booker (Clinton) of Saltillo; one son, Jeff Magee of Tupelo; one brother, Everett Moore (Sylvia) of Carthage; one sister, Billie Jo Horne of Tupelo; several half-brothers and half-sisters; grandchildren, Cassidy Barnett, Jon-Michael Barnett, Peyton Barnett of Tupelo, Ashlyn Booker of Saltillo, Christopher Newton and Caitlyn Newton of Lake Wales, Florida. Preceded in death by both parents and her husband, William G. Magee. Pallbearers will be members of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
