Margaret Witt Richey
Birmingham, Ala.Margaret Witt Richey, 86, died May 8, 2007. A native of Sherman, she was born May 18th, 1920, to the late A.J. Witt and Maggie Witt. She had been a resident of Fair Haven Nursing Home in Birmingham, Alabama. She was a member of Sherman Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Sherman Cemetery with Rev. David Westmoreland officiating. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a daughter Nancy R. Rennie (Bill), a son Jimmy B. Richey (Geneva), granddaughters Anna M. Johnston-Dhuet (Herbert) and Melissa Basel (John), 3 great-grandchildren and 2 nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Ozell Littlejohn of West Point.
Memorials may be made to Sherman Baptist Church, PO Box 406, Sherman MS 38869.
