MARGARET FOSTER Pisgah Community - Margaret Ilean "Midget" Foster, 58, died Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at Magnolia Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in Fort Benning, Georgia on August 12, 1956 to Sanford "Shorty" Eugene and Marcella J. Mason. She enjoyed twenty years as a military wife and had great pride in her work at the Stars and Stripes Book Store in Berlin, Germany. For the past eleven years, she and her husband made the Pisgah Community near Rienzi their home. She loved to take care of her grandchildren, camping and crocheting. She was a member of Cannan Assembly of God. Stateroom services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015, at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. James Voyles officiating. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her husband of thirty-nine years, Robert W. "Bobby" Foster, Jr. of Piagah Community; her children Marcella Alvarado of Rienzi; Robert "Cecil" Foster (Sabrina) of Thrasher; her mother, Marci Mason Freeman of Rienzi; four sisters, Darlene Day of Rienzi, Debbie Ann Thibodeau of Kentucky, DeeDee Settlemire of Ripley, Leanne Wijesinghe (Harsha) of Horn Lake; five brothers, Leo Freeman (Renee) of Wisconsin, Bucky Mason of Plantersville, Jeff Freeman of West Virginia, Willie Freeman (Caroline) of Rienzi, and Robert Mason of Belden; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Sanford Mason; step-father, Cecil Freeman; one son, Anthony Shane Foster; and her in-laws, Robert W. Foster, Sr. and Lois Ann Foster. Visitation will be 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at W. E. Pegues, Saltillo.
