MAC COLLUMS Verona- July Maxine "Aunt Mac" Collums, 76, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at her home. She was born March 15, 1937 to Calvin Eugene and July Brascher Wilson in Houka. She loved to cook for family and friends. She had a heart of gold. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors, Jefferson Street Chapel with Rev. Charles Cooper officiating. Graveside services will follow in Collums Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Sidney Berthelot, Jr.; two sons, Danny Kidd (Mary) of Longview community, Scott Collums (Lisa) of the Chalybeate Community; three step-sons, Rex Collums of Plantersville, Sidney Berthelot III (Kristy) of Holden, LA, Steven Ray Berthelot (Tiffany) of Walker, LA; one sister, Louise Morphis of Belden; one brother, James Wilson (Wanda) of Belden; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and July Collums, her son, Calvin (Pete) Collums; one stepson, Jean Collums; two sisters, Loyce Stephenson, Jimmy Ann Rogers; one brother, Riley Wilson. Visitation will be 4 p.m.- 8 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2013 at Pegues Funeral Home
