LOUISE T. WILBORN

Saltillo - Louise Triplett Wilborn, 83, died Wednesday, December 13, 2006, at her residence after an extended illness. A Winston County native, she was born April 6, 1923 to the late Raymond Wallace and Willie Rose Johnson Triplett. She was married to Mark Wilborn for nearly 63 years, who preceded her in death March 20, 2004. They had lived in Tupelo more than 50 years. She worked with her husband at Hydra Hose where she served as Vice President for more than 40 years. She was a member of Gloster Street Church of Christ.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, December 15, 2006 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Ministers Joe Connell and Chad Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Looxahoma Church of Christ Cemetery in Tate County.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Ray and husband, Jimmie, of Tupelo, and Diana Teagarden and husband, Joe, of Memphis, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Leslie Gjika of Tupelo, Melissa Robbins of Memphis, Tenn., Joseph Teagarden, IV, and wife, Anna, of Houston, Tex., Rebecca Teagarden and Catherine Goode and husband, Adam, all of Memphis, Tenn.; five great-grandchildren, Vida Robbins, Rachel Robbins of Memphis, Tenn., Evie Grace Goode of Memphis, and twins, Leah and Kate Teagarden of Houston, Tex; two brothers, Billy E. Triplett, of Columbus, and Raymond W. Triplett, Jr., of Walls; two sisters, Nancy Robertson and Anne Parks, both of Louisville; and her step-mother, Nell Pickle of Louisville.

Pallbearers will be Joe Childers, Frank Long, Wayne Washington, Herb Guin, Floyd Hale, Charles Johnson, and Walter Walker.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home
