LOTTIE LUREE MALLETTE



Saltillo ? Lottie Luree Mallette, 79, died Monday, February 3, 2014, at her residence in the Hebron Community after a brief illness. A Cullman, Alabama native, she was born May 30, 1939, and had resided in the Hebron Community near Saltillo since 1950. She was married to Roy Neal Mallette who preceded her in death March 7, 2006. Her favorite hobby was collecting dolls. She was a member of Eggville Church of Christ.



A celebration of her life will be 2 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2014, at the Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Minister Leon Willis officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.



Survivors include two sons, David Mallette of the Hebron Community and Thomas Mallette (Sue) of the Unity Community; one sister, Ottie Hallmark (Durell) of Eggville; two brothers, Willie Lee (Edith) and Billy Joe Lee both of Cullman, Alabama; four grandchildren, Joshua Mallette and Justin Mallette both of the Unity Community, Sabrina Cox (Russell) of the Hebron Community and Quade Mann (Whitney) of the Evergreen Community; seven great-grandchildren, Dalton Cox, Charlie Cox, Caden Cox, Eli Mann, Kalie Mann, Addison Mann and Gage Mann and a special friend, Margaret Warren of the Hebron Community.

Preceding her death are her parents; one sister, Helen Price; two brothers, Therlon Lee and Bud Lee.



Pallbearers will be Harold D. Scruggs, Dewayne Dickerson, Terry Hallmark, Jimmy Pettigo, Russell Cox and Michael Brooks.



Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Price, Felix Lee and Phillip Lee.



Visitation will be 4 ? 9 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at the funeral home in Saltillo.
