LORINE FOWLER DYE Belden - Lorine Fowler Dye, 78, passed away at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She was the 13th child born in Lee County on October 5, 1935 to James Arthur and Sula Fowler at their home in Belden. She was the widow of Lawrence Lee Dye who passed away on October 28, 1987. She was a member of Belden Baptist Church, and a loyal employee of Hunter Sadler-Oxford Industries for forty-years before her retirement in 2004. She was well traveled and would go at the drop of a hat. Mamaw, as she was known by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their friends always had a kind word and was eager to help in any way, if just to listen and share in their lives. You were always welcome to visit and share a meal, as she loved spending time with friends and family. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Dr. Don Baggett and Rev. Jim Holcomb officiating. A graveside service will follow at Lee Memorial Park. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her three children, Vicky Rajacich (Paul), Wayne Dye (Martha) and Frank Leggins (Cheryl) ; one sister Erma Estes all of Belden; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Stephania (Caleb), Jacob (Amber), Larry and Leslie; five great-grandchildren, Miles, Noah, Kaylee, Harleigh and Kara. She was preceded in death by Her husband Lawrence Lee Dye; her parents; four brothers and seven sisters. Pallbearers will be Jacob Rajacich, Nicholas Dye, Larry Stevens, Russell Love, Chris Estes, Caleb Timmons, James Estes and Ricky Lewis. Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2014 at W. E. Pegues Funeral Home, Tupelo.
