Union CommunityLinda Gail Ezell Pate, 52, died Tuesday, March 21, 2006, at her residence after a sudden illness. A Lee County native, she was born December 7, 1953 to Frank and Peggy Ezell of Mooreville. She had worked at Renasant Bank Mortgage and Loans for over 29 years and was a member of Calvary Assembly. She loved her family and flowers.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors with Rev. John "Ben Raper and Rev. Jack Ezell officiating. Burial will be in Priceville Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, W.D. Pate of the Union Community; two children, Shae and Scott Pate of the home; two sisters, Kathy Hollimon of Guntown and Carolyn Roger and husband, Ricky, of Baldwyn; three brothers, Larry Ezell and wife, Julia, of Plantersville, Allen Ezell and wife, Joyce, of Mooreville, Doug Ezell and wife, Jennifer, of Saltillo; and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Keith Pate, Braxton Pate, Chris Hester, Eric James, Trent Rogers and Andy Rogers.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
