Olive Branch - Leslie Carol Berryhill, 60, died Monday, April 9, 2012, at her residence after an extended illness. A Hinds County native, she was born October 12, 1951 to James William and Lorraine Lindsay Winters. She was a longtime resident of Nettleton and worked many years for Tecumseh Products. She was a Baptist enjoyed spending time with her family. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2012 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Bro. Robert Fowlkes officiating. A family graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery near Belden at a later date. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Jimmy Berryhill of Olive Branch; one daughter, Heather Lagrone of Verona; one son, Jack Matthew Berryhill (Melinda) of Nettleton; four sisters, Sue Cheek (David), Doris Goodman, Brenda Hitt (Steve), all of Piperton, Tenn. and Patsy Mills (Roger) of Batesville; six grandchildren, Farren Berryhill, Rashad Garner, Tyler Floyd, Kacy, Anna Marie and Jacob Berryhill; and one great-grandson, Brayden Hooks; and numerous nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, James Lindsay Winters; one sister, Nelda Fay Winters. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
